Driver Registration

Please read this entire page as it contains important information about payment and submitting driver paperwork.

DRIVER REGISTRATION COST

Driver Cost: $160

Registration Includes: 

  • Participation fee
  • Entry to all meals & events - includes Saturday banquet
  • PMTA TDC driver swag bag including limited edition pin, hat and backpack

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Registration Deadline: May 16, 2025

Late Fee: $50

*Added to driver registration fee after May 16, 2025.

* Late registrants may not be in the program.

The below steps must be completed in their entirety for drivers to be registered for TDC 2025 by a company's owner or safety leader. Owner Operators can contact PMTA to register - acloud@pmta.org.

STEP ONE
Ensure driver is eligible to complete by reviewing the driver eligibility page.  Click here to review.


STEP TWO
Complete The Official 2025 TDC Driver Registration Form.  Click here for the form.

  • Drivers with incomplete forms are not eligible to compete.
  • Save the completed 2025 Driver Entry Form to your computer or device.
  • Email complete form to PMTA Director of Safety Anthony Cloud at acloud@pmta.org.

STEP THREE
The billing contact on the form will receive an invoice for TDC registration from PMTA.

Registration will be finalized when payment is received.
