PMTA has a decades-long history cultivating a well-respected reputation in Harrisburg advocating for the trucking industry. PMTA leadership monitors legislation that will affect our members and works with government agencies including the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and more. As an affiliate of the American Trucking Associations, PMTA monitors issues affecting the industry nationally and in other states.
