Arrival & Setup: Exhibitors may begin setting up in the Grand Ballroom at 4pm on Sunday, April 26. Upon arrival, tables will arranged according to the Exhibitor Map and labeled with your company name.
- If you ARE staying at the OMNI, you have use of their bellman to help take your things up to the Grand Ballroom on the 17th floor.
- If you are NOT not staying at the OMNI, you will enter through the Oliver Ave. Security Entrance. Please note you will need your ID to receive a cart.
Tear Down: Exhibitors will need to tear down no later than 5pm on Tuesday, April 28.
- If you ARE staying at the OMNI, a bellman can help you with your things.
- If you are NOT not staying at the OMNI, you will exit through the Oliver Ave. Security Entrance.
