The Entry Level Driver Training applies only to those individuals who are:

1.  Applying for a Commercial Driver's License 

2.  Changing their class of license from a "B" to an "A"

3.  Applying for the Hazardous Materials Endorsement

4.  Applying for the Passenger Endorsement.

Anyone who obtains a Commercial Learner's Permit prior to 2/7/2022 does not have to comply with the ELDT regulation.
